Yuuguu offers a free version which will allow you to host / join a web conference with up to five other Yuuguu users or up to 100 minutes a month with non Yuuguu users via any flash9 enabled web browser. Yuuguu Plus for $15/month removes these limits.
It integrates with Skype for VOIP and has a built in teleconferencing bridge. You can also reach out to your existing networks via AOL, GTalk, MSN, Yahoo or ICQ as Yuuguu will work with all these services.
